Exclusive Rental (Private)
Enjoy full, private access to the studio and all amenities, ensuring a completely exclusive experience. With no other renters or co-working members in the space, you’ll have uninterrupted time to create. Perfect for client work, commercial shoots, or anyone needing complete privacy.
Private Hours:
Mon-Fri: 4:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Sar & Sun: 7:00 am - 8:00 pmRates starting at $79.00 + HST / hour

During Open Hours (Non-Private)
Enjoy exclusive use of the studio area while sharing the common spaces with other creative professionals. Your shoot remains uninterrupted, but you'll benefit from a more affordable option designed for those comfortable working in an active, inspiring environment.

How It Works

The hours for the Studio are as follows:
Private Bookings:
Mon-Fri: 4:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Sar & Sun: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm
Non-Private Bookings:
Mon-Fri: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

With private bookings, you get the entire building to yourself. We email you an access code in advance of your session. With non-private bookings, you have the exclusive use of the Studio. However, there may be other people working/using the common areas.

We have limited parking available within the lot located off of Grand Avenue (in front of Chiropractic building). Spots are not reserved and are first-come-first-serve.

Item description

Yes! We ask that all renters leave the space in the same condition they found it. This includes returning furniture and props to their original spots and disposing of any excess garbage (large amounts of trash or food should be taken with you). If additional cleaning is required beyond standard use, a cleaning fee may apply.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own items as long as they align with our policies and do not cause damage to the space. All items must be removed at the end of your rental, and any setup or teardown must be completed within your booked time.

Our space is available for workshops, pop-ups, and small events on an application-basis. Visit our Events Page for details on booking and what’s included.

The common area is accessible via the garage door entrance; however, we do not have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom on-site. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
