Are you looking for a bright, airy, completely transformable space to book your next photoshoot in? Look no further. CK Creative Co. offers a beautiful blank canvas for you to bring your vision to life within.

Studio Rental Includes:

  • Private access to our bright and area photography area

  • Use of furniture and decor items that includes couch, desk, multiple chair and stool options, plants, bookshelves and notebooks

  • Use of our lighting and coloured backdrops

  • Stylish and functional getting-ready area

  • Unique and Instagrammable bathroom & changing area

  • High speed internet and bluetooth speaker (for the vibes)

  • The hours for the Studio are as follows:

    Private Bookings:

    • Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm

    • Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 8:00 am and 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

    Non-Private Bookings:

    • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • With private bookings, you get the entire building to yourself. We email you an access code in advance of your session. With non-private bookings, you have the exclusive use of the Studio. However, there may be other people working/using the common areas.

  • Private Bookings:
    (prices do not include HST)

    $90 for 1 hour
    $170 for 2 hours
    $250 for 3 hours
    $325 for 4 hours
    $550 for 7 hours

    Non-Privare Bookings
    (prices do not include HST)

    $45 for 1 hour
    $85 for 2 hours
    $125 for 3 hours
    $162.50 for 4 hours
    $275 for 7 hours

  • Currently, there are no private or sound-proof areas. Our space is open-concept and we ask individuals to conduct themselves at a respectful volume (and use headphones when possible!).

  • We have limited parking available within the lot located off of Grand Avenue (in front of Chiropractic building). Spots are not reserved and are first-come-first-serve.

  • We provide the following:

    • High speed internet

    • Monitors (for desk stations only)

    • Black and white printer and paper

  • Anyone renting a designated desk on a monthly basis can leave belongings at their desk at their own risk.

  • We are a pet-free environment.
